Shuree A. Hildenbrand Oswald, 80, formerly of Whitfield, passed away in the morning hours Wednesday, May 6, 2015, of natural causes in Country Meadows. Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Edward J. & Mary A. ( nee Wolfskill) Hildenbrand. A 1952 graduate of Reading High School, she later graduated from Kutztown State Teachers College. She was an elementary school teacher for the Muhlenberg School District for 28 years until her retirement. She is survived by her son Edward D. (Kathy) Oswald, Birdsboro, her daughter, Wendy S. (Michael) Woytovich, Shillington, her sister, Eileen L. (Curt) Huie, Wernersville. Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. She was predeceased by a grandchild, a great-grandchild, and her brother Edward J. Hildenbrand. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 11, 2015, at 11:00 AM from the Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home, Inc., 346 W. Main St., Kutztown, PA 19530. Burial will follow in New Bethel Union Cemetery, Kempton.
