Pauline L. Herbert, 84, of Kutztown, passed away in the evening hours Wednesday, April 30, 2014, of natural causes in St. Joseph Medical Center. She was the wife of the Rev. Lloyd H. Herbert. Born December 22, 1929, in Angelica, she was a daughter of the late Irvin & Emma (Hanley) Remp. She was a member of Friedens UCC, Lenhartsville. Pauline was retired from East Penn Manufacturing (DEKA) In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Dawn L., wife of Robin Shepard, Denver, her grandson Alan Shepard, her great-grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron, & Joanna, and her sisters Helen Carvel, and June Bauscher. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at 11 AM from Friedens United Church of Christ, 1512 Old 22, Lenhartsville, PA 19534, with the Rev. Dennis Cooper, officiating. Burial will follow in Pennsburg Reformed Cemetery, Montgomery County. Friends may call Tuesday from 10 AM, until time of service at the church.
