Dorothy A. Gallagher 95, formerly of Kutztown, died October 31st in the Lutheran Home at Topton. She was the wife of the late George Gallagher. Dorothy was born in Stanhope, Schuylkill County a daughter of the late William and Eva (Zimmerman) Miller. She was a member St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Fleetwood, and for 18 years worked as a office worker at the Hamburg Center and then was employed at the Berks County Court House in the Recorder of Deed Office for 17 years. She is survived by a daughter Sharon Nicholls, Reading, a daughter in law Joyce Wilson, Kutztown and a step granddaughter Melanie and step grandson Josh. She was pre-deceased by a son Melvin S. Wilson, March 22, 2015. Funeral services Tuesday, November 3, at 10:30 Am in the Edward J. Hildenbrand Funeral Home Inc., 346 W.Main St., Kutztown, with the Rev.David R. Strobel officiationg.
